I stumbed upon http://www.lucharilla.com/ today while searching for an old advice stored in private message on one of the boards I have membership at ( http://www.clutchfitness.com ). Its a work in progress but with knowledagble team, videblogs and a pile of nice articles it is a win win. A sane advice with no rage we see on chaosNpain ( http://chaosandpain.blogspot.com ). But do not be mistaken - chaosNpain rocks, but so does http://www.lucharilla.com/
